Adults: 8 Sprays in mouth and swallow 5 times daily (1250mcg=250PPM).**Children (4 years and older): 5 Sprays in mouth and swallow 2 times daily (312.5mcg=62.5PPM).**For extended use: Consult your healthcare practitioner. 40 Sprays = 5mL 1.25 m=1250 mcg
